Job Purpose:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in resolving technical issues, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support. Working in a hybrid model, you will report directly to the Technical Department Administrator and Helpdesk Team Leader, collaborating within a customer-focused support team. Your contributions will be crucial to maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring seamless IT operations, and supporting the continuous improvement of our services.

What You’ll Dο:

  • Diagnose and Resolve: Quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure a seamless IT experience.
  • Escalate Issues: Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Communicate Promptly: Deliver prompt and accurate feedback to customers, keeping them informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Document Effectively: Maintain thorough records of all issues, solutions, and customer interactions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Report Generation: Prepare accurate and timely reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance Processes: Contribute to the documentation of support processes and solutions to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

What you’ll bring:

  • Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level technical support (Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Apps, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Server OS 2016/2019, and Azure AD.
  • Familiarity with WatchGuard and FortiGate firewalls, networking (LAN and routing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Project Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management?

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this full time role you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the execution of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. As a key liaison between different teams, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities:

Assisting and supporting the project manager.
Designing and controlling the project schedule.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives and manage expectations.
Handling financial queries.

Requirements:

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
Advanced computer USER skills (office apps, Google search etc.)
Fluent or almost fluent English.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets, Trello)

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include proven work experience in similar roles and proficiency in other foreign languages.

IT Support Engineer

Are you a proactive and customer-focused IT professional? We're seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid model, providing remote technical support to our valued clients. The ideal candidate possesses a robust IT support background, outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, remote work environment. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network configurations, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting customer issues, identifying effective solutions.
Following standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensuring proper recording and closure of all support issues.
Preparing accurate and timely reports.
Documenting support processes, solutions, and client interactions.
Working two alternating shifts: 08:00-16:00 & 13:00-21:00.

Requirements:

Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
Team player with proven enterprise technical support experience (M365 Suite, Gapps, Azure).
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Windows 10.
Solid knowledge of Server OS 2016/2019/Azure AD.
Familiarity with WatchGuard and FortiGate FW.
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Network/Routing, LAN.
Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Solid grasp of VoIP and Network Security best practices (considered as a plus).
Active Microsoft 365/Azure certifications are a plus.
